God, what a tension before the final release. Every release is filled with tension and final would mean more tension.
The project, that got extended on and on due to CR's is finally coming to an end and there is a lot of work to be done before the release.
One thing is true, sitting in the chair of PL is not as easy as it seems to the outsider. We need to be good in every field, technically sound, functionally good, manage the team well, take care of them, deal with the clients properly, take care their issues, satisfy the management, what not should we do. And finally, take the blame and heat from all the sources, but, not pass it to the lower rung.
For a woman, managing a team with guys, that too, with some elder and some more experienced, its a major challenge.
